PayPoint’s call centre is open 365 days a year from 6am to 11pm.  Fully trained operators are available to provide answers for all terminal transaction and banking queries. 

Credit and Debit Acquirer Helpdesks

Enquiries relating to credit and debit transactions must be directed to the acquirer’s helpdesk.  The helpdesk numbers are provided to the retailer with their acquirer welcome pack. 

Field Merchandisers

Our field resource currently consists of a nationwide team of Business Development Executives who sell the whole range of PayPoint services covering terminals, credit and debit, ATMs and Western Union Money Transfer.  They work with PayPoint retailers to ensure they make the most of the opportinities that PayPoint brings to their business.
