PayPoint’s contact centre is open 365 days a year from 7am to 11pm. Fully trained operators are available to provide answers for all terminal transaction and banking queries, plus day to day ATM queries.

A specialist ATM helpdesk is available to help PayPoint Agents who have a PayPoint ATM in their store. The helpdesk is available during office hours 365 days a year to agents to provide extra training where necessary and generally supporting the ATM Network with day to day procedures.
Field Merchandisers
Our field resource currently consists of a nationwide team of Business Development Executives who sell the whole range of PayPoint services covering terminals, credit and debit, ATMs and Western Union Money Transfer. They work with PayPoint retailers to ensure they make the most of the opportunities that PayPoint brings to their business.
