Disasters Emergency Committee Asia Quake Appeal
13 October 2005

From 17th October customers who wish to make a cash donation to the Disasters Emergency Committee Asia Quake Appeal will be able to do so at their local PayPoint.

Having previously collected over £140,000 on behalf of the Tsunami Disaster Appeal, PayPoint has proved to be an ideal place for customers to make cash donations in a safe and convenient location.

PayPoint retailers will receive a barcoded bulletin which will enable them to process these donations through their PayPoint terminal.  Customers will receive a receipt for every donation made.

Every penny of the money collected through PayPoint will be sent to the charity.  There are no handling fees or charges associated with processing these donations.  For more information about the Disasters Emergency Committee Asia Quake Appeal please visit their website at www.dec.org.uk.

If you are a PayPoint retailer and you do not want to wait until Monday to start accepting donations, you can download and print the barcoded bulletin here.

If you are a customer and you want to make a payment at PayPoint you can also download and print the bulletin and take it to your local PayPoint retailer, telling them you want to make a donation.
