PayPoint Partnership

National Express has teamed up with PayPoint to make it even easier for Londoners to get to the airport this summer.

From August National Express tickets can be bought from a range of PayPoint outlets including newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets, forecourts and off licences. Most of these are conveniently located close to people’s homes and work places and many are open for extended hours seven days a week.

This will make it even easier for travellers to get their holidays off to a flying start by using National Express to take them straight to the airport terminal doors.

What’s more, a National Express coach journey is generally quicker than the tube. Many coaches from Victoria to Heathrow take as little as 40 minutes compared to 53 minutes on the Underground. Not only is it quicker from door-to-door, it also cuts out the struggle of dragging luggage up and down escalators and stairs. Every passenger is guaranteed a seat with National Express too, so they have the comfort of knowing they will be able to sit down and relax all the way.

Gill Silsbury of National Express said, “We want to make ticket purchase as easy and convenient as possible for our customers. PayPoint has been tested in Brighton where it has proved so popular that we are sure our customers will be delighted to find it extended throughout London.”
