The Western Union^® Contact Centre is open from 6:30am - 10:00pm Monday to Friday; and 8:00am - 10:00pm on Saturdays.  (Closed on Sundays).

FIELD SUPPORT SERVICES

Our Field resource currently consists of a nationwide team of Field Sales and Support Executives who support the whole range of PayPoint services including Western Union^® money transfer.  They work with PayPoint retailers to ensure they make the mose of the opportunities that PayPoint brings to their business.
