PayPoint Romania, one of the main cash payment operators in Romania, and Aquatim, the main water services provider in Timis county, have announced that, from September, Aquatim customers will have a new option of quick and easy payment of their bills at neighbourhood stores with a PayPoint branded terminal. The new contract strengthens PayPoint’s position in the utilities sector.

The PayPoint service is a quick, simple and safe way for Aquatim customers to pay their bills; they simply hand the bill to the retailer along with the payment and the retailer does the rest, with the customer receiving a receipt for every payment made. Payment at PayPoint is free of charge, saves time and helps Aquatim customers avoid lengthy queuing. PayPoint’s retail network numbers over 4,800 terminals located in local shops, with more than 130 in localities where Aquatim operates.
