11 May 2009

5,000 online merchants to benefit from PayPal payment option, now fully
integrated with PayPoint.net’s online payment platform

London, 11 May 2009 - Online payment provider PayPoint.net and PayPal, a leading
online payment system, have announced a partnership which will allow PayPoint.net
merchants to offer PayPal as an additional payment method to their customers.
Integrating PayPal Express Checkout into their websites could help PayPoint.net’s 5,000
merchants generate increased sales and enhanced conversion rates.

PayPal is offered automatically to all merchants using PayPoint.net’s gateway service,
as an additional payment option which they can turn on or off as required. Tight
integration with PayPoint.net’s reporting tools will enable merchants to view PayPal
transactions alongside other payment types.

PayPoint.net operates an enterprise class payment solution which is used by leading
brands and start-ups alike. PayPoint.net offers organisations a fast start to trading
online, supported by powerful fraud management capabilities and leading-edge security
features.

Michael Norton, Managing Director of PayPoint.net, comments: “This partnership marks
a significant milestone in the services that we offer and demonstrates our overriding
commitment to respond to the needs of our merchants. The benefits are compelling for
the merchant; including flexibility and improved customer service, as merchants pass on
a richer range of payment choices to their customers. The simplicity of setting up the
service is also very attractive as no development is required and no extra costs
involved.”
