The 2005 PayPoint plc AGM took place at JP Morgan Cazenove at 20 Moorgate, London EC2R 6DA on Tuesday 19 July at 1.30pm as scheduled.

The company is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the notice of AGM dated 15 June 2005 were passed unanimously on a show of hands.

A final dividend of 5.2p per ordinary share will be paid on 21 July 2005 to those shareholders on the Register on 24 June 2005.
