The customer has not paid the full amount - what can I do?

As long as the customer is still in the store and you have not processed another transaction you should reverse the transaction. Press REV on the terminal keypad and follow the screen instructions.

If you are unable to reverse the transaction you will need to come to an agreement with your customer to collect the money that they owe you.

For ALL PayPoint transactions please make sure that you always take the cash from the customer before you complete the transaction.
